At Neo Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furniture and decor purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Neo Direct account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned furniture, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
